First of all, I'm curious ... Why are you specifically in Tsing Yi? This is a small island and there is nothing more than a shopping center (very down to earth and thousands of apartment blocks and) some plants. All good things in Hong Kong is elsewhere!
But to answer your question, come on Tsing Yi is simple. If you travel to Hong Kong, take the Airport Express to the first stop - the Tsing Yi. If you go a different route, take the MTR Tung Chung Line train and the third season finale is Tsing Yi - which is about 20 minutes to take away from downtown.
Most tourist cards are not a map of Tsing Yi (because, as I said, there is nothing) - then you have someone on the Internet to find or buy the appropriate 'Hong Kong Directory () available from the bookshop at the airport's plans lined streets throughout the country.
